A team-building experience where everyone participates
A corporate regatta is much more than a competition between sailboats. It’s an experience where each team must learn, coordinate, make decisions, and work together to achieve a common goal: to finish first.
No prior sailing experience is necessary. Each crew has a professional skipper who explains the basics, assigns roles, and accompanies the team throughout the activity.
After an initial briefing and some training maneuvers, it’s time to compete.
Strategy, communication, coordination, and a bit of adrenaline against the Barcelona skyline.

True teamwork in action
In a regatta, every decision counts, and no one competes alone.
To progress, the crew must communicate, coordinate roles, adapt to the wind, and make real-time decisions. This is precisely why it works so well as a team-building activity for companies.
At CatVents, we take care of coordinating the nautical part and adapting the experience to the group so that you only have to get on board and compete.
We work directly with companies and also as a partner for agencies, DMCs, and event organizers.
