Tailor-made team building for companies
A regatta. A wine tasting. A tasting or cocktail workshop. A sporting activity. A different kind of meeting. Or a combination of several experiences in a single day.
At CatVents, we transform the boat into a private space to organize a team building event in Barcelona adapted to your team, the number of participants, and the objective of the activity.
We do not work with a single fixed format. You tell us what you have in mind and we take care of shaping it: vessel, duration, activity, gastronomy and, when necessary, coordinators, monitors, coaches, or specialized professionals.
From small teams to groups of 125 people.
What can we do in a boat Team Building event?
Almost anything you can imagine that makes sense to do at sea. We design each experience by combining navigation, activities, and services according to the team profile.
Tailor-made team building. A boat for every type of company.
From a small work group to a large corporate event. Our own fleet allows us to adapt the team building to the number of participants and the type of experience. Every team is different, which is why we design the experience around your group and what you want to achieve. From a 2-hour activity to a full day, for groups of 11 to 125 people, we coordinate the vessel, activities, gastronomy, and services so that everything fits.
We work directly with companies and also as a partner for agencies and organizers. No previous sailing experience is necessary: you provide the team and the idea; we take care of shaping it at sea.
